Return & Replacement Policy

At Confident Kids Club, we are dedicated to providing high-quality resources that support children's confidence and growth. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding as we work to offer the best experience possible.

• Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our guides, which can be quickly learned and applied without the accompanying materials, we can only accept returns on complete, unused kits. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Replacements: If any item arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement at no cost. Please provide a photo of the damage within 5 days of receiving your order so we can promptly assist you.
