Welcome to Confident Kids Club! These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing our site and making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.

2. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion. If we make a change to an order, we will notify you via email.
  • Digital guides and materials included in our kits are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or distributed.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
  • We accept payments via credit card and paypal. Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.
  • If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with proof of damage for a replacement.
  • Safety Disclaimer: Some items in our kits may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard. These products are not intended for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and complete kits. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Due to the nature of our guides, refunds will not be granted once the materials have been accessed or used.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days, and we will replace it at no cost.
